 Join your fellow Harvard alumni for a talk and reception with Professor Walter Willett, Fredrick John Stare Professor of Epidemiology and Nutrition and Chair of the Department of Nutrition. Professor Willett will be speaking on "Diet and Health: The Road to Veritas"
What is healthy food? What makes a healthy diet? And how do we know? Dr. Willett will discuss the current state of nutrition science and the latest news from the field of healthy food. Dr. Willett will also explore the methodology behind nutrition research and discuss the direction of new findings. A leading health researcher for over 30 years, Dr. Willett is an expert on healthy diets and a leader in the field of nutrition.
